Can I combine my points with a discount code?
Yes, you can combine the coupons you got by exchanging your points with any other promo code.
How do I use my points?
Pour utiliser vos points, c'est simple: choisissez le coupon que vous souhaitez (en fonction du nombre de points dont vous disposez), cliquez sur « Utiliser » et copiez le code du coupon. Vous pouvez l'insérer lors du paiement. Vous recevrez également ce code par e-mail.
To use your points, it's simple: choose the coupon you want (depending on the number of points you have), click on "Redeem" and copy the coupon code. You can insert it during checkout. You will also receive this code by email.
Unfortunately no, this program is only intended for purchases on tahihealth.ch.
What happens if I return an order?
If for any reason your order is cancelled or refunded, all points from that order will be deducted from your account.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. When you refer someone, they will receive 10% off their first purchase and you will receive 100 points. To refer a friend through our referral program, you must create or already have a Tahi Inner Circle account. Then, enter your friend's email address in the "Refer a Friend" section. Your friend must be new to Tahi Health (i.e., they must have never purchased from us before) and must place an order through your referral link. If these requirements are met, your points will be automatically added to your account 14 days after their purchase.
